The Mpandangindo community celebrated the feast of the Patron St. Martin of Tour on November 10, 2024, with all Parishioners. The feast began with a spiritual preparation and Seminar on Saturday, animated by the Community Fathers and Two Lay Animators. A good number of faithful were present for this spiritual preparation. The Church interior had a very innovative decoration and beautiful artistic presentation. The feast was solemnized not only by the presence of Parishioners, Faithful from Substations but also a considerable number of new participants.
The main celebrant of the Festal Mass, was Rev. Fr. Lawrence Stanislaus Rodrigues, Ocd. Among many other significant inputs, his homily was much appreciated. A short commentary on the Word of God, Life of the Patron Saint and practical insights for people for committed Christian living and active parish participation – were the main points in the homily.
The feast ended with a sumptuous meal served by the parish to all the faithful who participated in this important Patron feast celebration of the Parish.
