The Parish of St. Michael the Archangel at Mubunda in the Diocese of Bukoba was filled with joy and celebration as Rev. Fr. Michael Christian Bwambogo OCD, the third priestly vocation from this parish, celebrated his Thanksgiving Mass. The Eucharistic Celebration, presided over by Fr. Michael, took place on an open ground in Mubunda Village, Muleba, and was graced by the presence of 14 concelebrants, along with his parents, siblings, relatives, and the entire community of Mubunda Parish and Bisheke Outstation.
During the Mass, Rev. Fr. Victor Biramata O’Carm delivered a profound homily, reminding the newly ordained priest of his sacred duties. Fr. Biramata emphasized the importance of celebrating the Holy Eucharist for the faithful and bestowing blessings through his anointed hands.
At the recession of the Mass, Fr. Michael expressed his heartfelt gratitude to his parents, the Parish Priest, and all the faithful of Mubunda Parish. He acknowledged their support and contribution to making this event a memorable one for both himself and the church community of St. Michael the Archangel in Mubunda Parish, Muleba.
