The Sixth Mission Congress of the Discalced Carmelite Friars in Tanzania was held from August 15-18, 2017. And we are very happy to inform to you the results of the elections held recently:

Regional Vicar: Fr. Sylvester Msemwa of the Holy Spirit
First Councillor: Fr. Vivian Menezes of Jesus Crucified
Second Councillor: Fr. Elius Malale of St John of the Cross.

We wish the new administrative team all the best and promise our prayers. At the same time the Vicariate of Tanzania is very much grateful to the outgoing Vicar Fr. Marlon for his selfless and commitment towards the growth and development May the Lord continue to bless him.
