To culminate and mark the year of mercy the Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish at Morogoro, Kihonda organized a pilgrimage to the parish, where by the faithful came in procession from their respective small Christian communities singing and praying the Mercy Chaplet. Good number of faithful responded was indeed successful. Mr. Vincent, well known Charismatic Preacher led the faithful through the inspiring preaching which was followed by the healing through the Eucharist and finally the pilgrimage was concluded with the Solemn Mass celebrated by Fr. Vivian Menezes OCD the parochial Vicar.
