It took almost one year for Mpandagindo Parish to organize a send off programme for Fr. Vivian Menezes who was their Parish Priest for almost two years and suddenly transferred to the newly erected Parish of Our Lady of Mount Carmel at Kihonda in the diocese of Morogoro. Since it is the new parish Fr. Vivian became so busy in organizing its programme and putting things in order and he could not come to Mpandagindo since distance also matters and people of Mpandagindo also were not ready at the earliest. So it was 5^th June, 2016 almost one year, not a send off programme but a congratulation programme for being the first Parish Priest of the New Parish in Kihonda was organized.
