The year 2015 ended with Thanksgiving Mass for the people of St. Martin of Tours parish at Mpandagindo, in Songea Archdiocese. From 9pm to 10 pm we had the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament followed by Mass celebrated by Fr. Roshan Pinto, the Parish Priest and concelebrated by Fr. Raymond Santhanaz which ended at 11.30pm. But then people waited for the dawning of the New Year 2016 spending the last few minutes of the Old Year 2015 in silence and prayer. At 12 as the church bells began to announce the the New Year 2016, people raised their voices in praise and thanksgiving and began to dance and song
