As it is the Year of Mercy, we, in the Parish of St. Martin of Tours, Mpandagindo, Songea obtained a special permission from the Bishop to baptize all the children who were born outside the wedlock. Hence the first batch of baptisms took place in the Out Station of Liweta, 35 children were baptized by Fr. Roshan Pinto, the Parish Priest on 23rd October, 2016 during the Sunday Mass.
