On October 15, the Teresian Carmelites of the Vicariate of Tanzania joined Carmelites worldwide in celebrating the feast of our Mother, St. Teresa of Avila. The Celebrations were marked with joy and reverence across all our communities and Parishes.
The celebrations began with the Holy Eucharist, where members gathered with the faithful to honor St. Teresa of Jesus. Following the Eucharistic celebration, a brief felicitation ceremony allowed participants to reflect on St. Teresa’s life and teachings.
Through the intercessions of St. Teresa, we pray that we may remain steadfast in our calling and continue to exemplify her spirit of love and commitment to prayer.
