The Discalced Carmelite Vicariate of Tanzania is proud to have a second Doctor in the person of Rev. Fr. Stansilaus Rodrigues. A friar from the Karnataka-Goa province has successfully defended his doctoral thesis on “The pastoral care of the family: A necessity for the Church in Tanzania” on the 22nd of October, 2016 and obtained ‘Summa Cum Laude’ from St. John Paul II Institutions, Lateran – Rome. The entire Vicariate along with the Province congratulates him and wishes him all the very best for his future.
